OlderTom Hardy: 'Inception' Wins Four VES Awards!
Tom Hardy suits up in Burberry for the 9th Annual VES Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Tuesday (February 1) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 33-year-old actor’s hit film, Inception, was the night’s big winner, scoring four awards from the Visual Effects Society.
Inception director Christopher Nolan was also honored with the inaugural VES Visionary Award.
On Monday, Tom, who’s set to play the villain Bane in Christopher‘s The Dark Knight Rises, was spotted wearing a Batman t-shirt while arriving at LAX.

I am sooo excited for him to play Bane, he’s so good!
I hope Tom Hardy does more Hollywood mainstream movies and joins the Hollywood A-list . I remember first being introduced to him in Star Trek: Nemesis (2002) but the world took no notice of him until the last couple of years. He is doing some amazing films now – Warrior, This Means War, The Dark Knight Rises, the Mad Max sequels, Tinker Tinker Soldier Spy, The Wettest County in the World. We will have to wait until October 2011 when they finally release Warrior which he co-stars with the incredibly gorgeous Jennifer Morrison (who was also in a Star Trek movie), Hollywood legend Nick Nolte and famous wrestler Kurt Angle (who I hope will have an MMA fight with Tom Hardy in the film).
