Katherine Heigl is all smiles as she and her momager Nancy spend a sunny Saturday (March 24) shopping in Los Angeles.

The 33-year-old New Year’s Eve actress and her mom looked at some pretty pink and blue fabrics at B. Black & Sons.

Earlier in the week, the DVD/Blu-ray release date for One For The Money was announced! The movie, which stars Katherine and Jason O’Mara, Daniel Sunjata, and Sherri Shepherd, will hit stores on May 15.
