The 30-year-old Grammy nominated singer tweeted, “I’M ENGAGED!!!!! I wanted y’all to know!! Happiest night of my life last night! I am so lucky and am with the greatest man ever.”

Kelly and Brandon, who is Reba McEntire‘s stepson, have known each other for years, but only started dating a year ago.
A few weeks ago, Kelly chatted with Ellen DeGeneres about marrying Brandon one day.

Congrats Kelly. He seems like a nice guy who isn’t a player & wouldn’t hurt her. I have all of Kelly’s albums. At the same time, I have none of Britney or Gaga or that country pop idiot. LOL

I don’t think they make a strong couple. I love Kelly Clarkson but there is something about Brandon Blackstock that I don’t like.

I had a Chrismas party last night..planned way in advance, should I have cancelled? No.
