Josh Brolin: Arrested for Public Intoxication

Check out Josh Brolin‘s mugshot after being arrested for public intoxication just before midnight on Tuesday (January 1) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 44-year-old actor was booked into jail at 3:02 A.M. and then released four hours later.

Josh was not given a citation for the arrest, so he will not need to head to court over the incident, according to TMZ.

Sources shared that Josh had “too much fun” while celebrating the first day of the new year with a bunch of his pals.
