Eddie Redmayne & Brit Marling Cover 'W Magazine' April 2013

Eddie Redmayne and Brit Marling heat up the cover of W Magazine‘s April 2013 issue.

Here is what the 31-year-old Les Miserables actor and the 29-year-old The East actress, who are featured alongside Middle of Nowhere‘s Emayatzy Corinealdi, had to share with the mag:

Eddie on playing Angelina Jolie‘s son in The Good Shepherd: “I doubt it was my acting – I have my big lips to thank for getting cast.”

Eddie on playing Viola in an all male production of Twelfth Night during college: “I was a boy playing a girl playing a boy. I had to wear a whalebone corset. To this day, when actresses on set start whining to me about the pain of their corsets, I say, ‘I’ve been there. It’s not that bad.’”

Brit on her views of Hollywood: “People think Hollywood is anti-academic. But it doesn’t have to be. For The East, Zal and I spent a lot of time on the road, meeting anarchist groups and different kinds of self-organized communities. When I write or act, I always try to make sure that I’m not using fantasy to avoid doing homework. To come up with a genuine insight based on something real is not easy.”

Emayatzy on starring in festival hit Middle of Nowhere: “It was the opportunity I was waiting for. When I auditioned, I thought, ‘This is the reason I drove here 10 years ago.’”

Eddie’s HOT but where have his eyebrows gone?

# 2

who the hell are these peopleeeeeee

# 3

she looks constipated.

Of course they put the two white people on the cover but leave off Emayatzy Corinealdi for the inside pictures. Surely it would have made more sense to have all three on the cover? It’s not as if if Brit Marling or Eddie Redmayne are well-known enough on their own that they are going to shift copies anyway.

He is so unattractive. He is ugly.

# 6

Fresh new faces? No. Just more pasty ass ugly English folk.

# 7

Well that cover is typical. Say no to promoting disclusion, Jared.

my best friend’s step-mother makes $71/hr on the internet. She has been unemployed for 10 months but last month her check was $18810 just working on the internet for a few hours. Here’s the site to read more… http://tw.gs/Pxt6gy

She’s so annoying. Trying to be so academic and intellectual in every interview. Turn off. It’s HW. Don’t try so hard. No one’s impressed.

Eddie always looks like someone’s just punched him in the stomach…

She looks constipated and he looks ugly.

W’s not even trying to be subtle! Emayatzy is gorge – you couldn’t have had three people on the cover? Not buying any issues in the future, that’s for sure.

So much hate going on in this thread. Can’t we just appreciate their beauty and talent all the same?

Where is the love? why don’t you ask the magazine’s editor? I agree with Bloom, she’s getting on my nerves already, no one cares about her trying so hard to be intellectual and oh so different. No one is buying this sh*t.

and more, Emayatzy overshadows everyone in there.

W knows their demographic. Get over it, people.
