Teresa Palmer: 'Tez Talks' Video on Meditation!

Teresa Palmer and her fiance Mark Webber go out for lunch with some friends on Saturday (December 14) in Los Angeles.

The 27-year-old pregnant actress recently posted a video series on YouTube of her “Tez Talks” about meditation.

“Today I decided to do a Tez Talks on meditation because it’s something I’ve been really trying to practice more and more in my every day life,” Teresa says in the intro of the video. “For me, I got introduced to meditation about eighteen months ago and it was a concept that I’d obviously heard about and I for whatever reason would always make up excuses as to why I was too busy to meditate and I thought that the idea of meditation was about having to constantly have your mind clear. I thought, ‘Oh I have such ADD. There’s no way I’m going to be able to clear my mind.’”
