Pharrell Williams Performs 'Happy' at Oscars 2014 (VIDEO)

Pharrell Williams wears one of his infamous hats while performing on stage at the 2014 Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday (March 2) in Hollywood.

The 40-year-old singer performed his hit song “Happy” from the movie Despicable Me 2. The song just so happens to be sitting at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 this week!

“Happy” is nominated for Best Original Song this evening against Frozen‘s “Let It Go,” Her‘s “The Moon Song,” and Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom‘s “Ordinary Love.”

Earlier in the evening, Pharrell wore a pair of tuxedo shorts while walking the red carpet with his wife Helen Lasichanh.
