'Looking for Alaska' Movie to Be Directed by Sarah Polley!

Sarah Polley is set to write and direct the upcoming film adaptation of Looking for Alaska, the book written by John Green.

“So excited to announce that the brilliant filmmaker Sarah Polley will be writing and directing a film adaptation of Looking for Alaska,” John tweeted. “I’m a HUGE fan of Sarah‘s movies, and her ideas about Looking for Alaska are really wonderful, and I am SO VERY EXCITED.”

In case you didn’t know, John is the author of “The Fault in Our Stars” and the film adaptation of that book just crossed $100 million at the domestic box office. His huge fan following is sure to help make this movie a success too!
