John Mayer Writes Himself a Birthday Song

John Mayer rocks a pair of glasses as he heads back to his car on Thursday night (October 16) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 37-year-old singer went out to celebrate his birthday with a group of friends at Cecconi’s restaurant.

That same night, John took to social media to thank everyone for wishing him a happy birthday.

“Thanks to everyone sending the birthday love groove today! It’s been awesome. Writing myself a song today that’s just for me. A ditty. XO,” he tweeted.
