If you didn’t know, Payson used to date Pretty Little Liars actress Janel Parrish, who also is not a contestant on Dancing with the Stars this season! Janel is rumored to be dating her dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy, as they were recently caught kissing at a Halloween party!
