'Interstellar' Tops IMDb's Top 10 Movies of 2014 (Exclusive)

The end of the year is getting closer and closer and now IMDb has revealed its Top 10 Movies of 2014 list exclusively to!

These are the 2014 movies that had the highest ratings by IMDb users utilizing the same criteria as the IMDb Top 250 ranking.

Sitting at the top of the list this year is Christopher Nolan‘s Interstellar, which had an all star cast led by Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, and Jessica Chastain.

The movie has received such positive reviews from fans that it currently sits at number 15 on the IMDb Top 250 list. In fact, the three most recent films in the top fifteen all happen to be directed by Mr. NolanThe Dark Knight (#4), Inception (#13), and now Interstellar (#15).

    I would have put Boyhood 1st and Interstellar 2nd, but they were definitely my favorite movies of the year.

    I wouldn’t be so surprised because Nolan have a huge fanboys. And yes, it’s was a great film.

    His troll fanboys run around imdb like the desperate idiots that they are. If they could alter the rottentomatoes or metacritic score, they would. This movie isn’t Top 5, or in some places, Top 10 with the critics. Total joke.
