Paul Walker's Dad Demands Nearly $2 Million From Crash Driver's Family

Paul Walker‘s father has filed legal papers against the heirs of Roger Rodas, saying his family is holding $1.8 million worth of his son’s car collection, TMZ reports.

The documents state that there are a number of exotic cars in the family’s possesion. Roger and Paul co-owned Always Evolving, a racing shop. Paul‘s father wants the cars returned or the cash value immediately.

The family has rejected the claim.

Roger was driving the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT that tragically killed both him and Paul last year.

This makes me sad. Hopefully if the Rodas family truly is holding onto Paul’s cars, they return what now rightfully belongs to the Walker family. I watched a video on youtube that shows all of the cars Always Evolving has/had in it’s inventory – many belonged to Paul.

This is not cool, give his daughter back her fathers cars.

this means the man is broke?

His father is the executioner of the estate, so he needs to get his sons affairs in order on behalf of his granddaughter Meadow who is a minor. If she’s legally entitled to the cars or the money,I see nothing wrong with him taking appropriate actions. Obviously now, all this has to be proven in court since the family has rejected his claim.

Roger Rodas’ reckless irresponsible driving killed Paul and destroyed two families. It’s sickening that Rodas’ widow doesen’t even seem to have the decency to return Paul’s cars to his poor daughter.
