Lamar Odom Overdosed, Drugs Found in System (Report)

New details are beginning to emerge about Lamar Odom and the reason he was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday (October 13).

Sources say that the 35-year-old former basketball star had cocaine and opiates in his system when he was found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel.

He also “had a couple of strokes,” a source tells People. “Lamar is still fighting. It’s a waiting game right now. The first 48 hours will tell a lot.”

Meanwhile, a source tells E! News that “drugs were found in his system,” and he is being treated as an “overdose.” “So, likely there’s brain damage, but they’re not sure how much. Virtually every drug imaginable was found in his system.”

Lamar reportedly “had been partying since Friday. He was doing crack cocaine all weekend and he choked on his mucous. They’re now having to fix all the damage it has done.”
