Luke Bryan & Thomas Rhett Buddy Up At CMT's Artists of the Year Awards 2016!

Luke Bryan flashes a smile alongside Thomas Rhett while posing backstage at the 2016 CMT Artists of the Year ceremony held at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center on Wednesday (October 19) in Nashville, Tenn.

The guys were also joined at the event by Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley of Florida Georgia Line, Chris Stapleton, and Karen Fairchild of Little Big Town.

“Hey, I remember not being one, so I’m enjoying being one for five years,” Luke expressed at the event. “The first year, you’re like, ‘Oh, I can’t believe it! And now, I’m in the point of my career where I’m like, ‘Please let me in there!” Please keep me working!’ I gotta keep fooling people.”

The 2016 CMT Artists of the Year ceremony will air on CMT at 9 p.m. EST tonight (October 20)!
