Sophia Bush Leaving 'Chicago P.D.' After Four Seasons

Sophia Bush is leaving Chicago P.D. after four seasons on the show.

The 34-year-old actress’ departure news has yet to become official, but Deadline says it’s all but confirmed. Sophia‘s character, Detective Erin Lindsay, was pondering accepting a job with the FBI in New York City, setting up her exit.

It’s being reported that Sophia could return as a guest arc to fully complete her character’s story.

Chicago P.D.‘s co-creator/showrunner Matt Olmstead will also be leaving the show.
