Will & Grace's Debra Messing Slams NBC for Airing 'Disgusting, Racist' Political Ad

Debra Messing is not happy with the network that she currently works for.

The 50-year-old actress, who is very politically active on Twitter, slammed NBC for airing a racist political ad that referred to the Central American migrant caravan ahead of the midterm elections.

In fact, CNN refused to air the ad, saying, “CNN has made it abundantly clear in its editorial coverage that this ad is racist. When presented with an opportunity to be paid to take a version of this ad, we declined.”

NBC aired the ad during their Sunday night football game last night.

“To our @willandgrace fans—I want you to know that I am ashamed that my network aired this disgusting racist ad. It is the antithesis of everything I personally believe in, and what, I believe, our show is all about. @nbc,” Debra tweeted.
