When Will Tom Brady Retire? Here's the Latest Thing He Said!
At 41-years-old, Tom Brady is one of the oldest active players in the NFL and fans have been wondering for years when he plans on retiring.
The New England Patriots Quarterback opened up during a pre-game interview with former football player Tony Romo, who asked if he will retire if he wins the Super Bowl this year.
“Absolutely. It’s over. It’s over completely,” Tom jokingly said (he wasn’t being serious). “I’ll go golf.”
Tom then said he “hopes” to continue playing for years to come.
“I always said mid-40s,” he added. “I feel like I’m kind of stuck to that, whether I like it or not. I just love it. I still do and it doesn’t get old. I’m out there today and I’m loving being out there, loving prepping for this. I feel like when you’re in a locker room, you’re a kid, you’re a 14, 15-year-old kid. You never grow up, you never have to grow up.”
