James Corden Takes 'Crosswalk the Musical' to Paris for 'Les Misérables' - Watch Here!
James Corden brought his theater company across The English Channel to Paris for a very special edition of Crosswalk the Musical on last night’s (June 19) episode of The Late Late Show!
The 40-year-old host and his cast of Brits hit the streets for a performance of Les Misérables set in an actual crosswalk with the iconic Arc de Triomphe as their backdrop.
“I’m a Method actor. Everybody knows that,” James said in the clip. “When I take on a role, I have to live the part, breathe the part, become the part. So, when taking on the role of Fantine, a French prostitute, I can tell you right now I made no exception.”
“They loved that, and I don’t think it’s egotistical in any way to say that I am a ****ing star,” James Corden joked at the end of the skit, before leading his cast to sprint toward the Eurostar for London.
