Milo Ventimiglia keeps his head down as he makes his way back to his car on Thursday afternoon (June 20) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 41-year-old This Is Us star showed off his buff biceps in a black T-shirt and jeans as he stepped out for the day to run a few errands.
