Kourtney Kardashian Admits She Had 'Anxiety' About Turning 40

Kourtney Kardashian wasn’t exactly thrilled about turning 40 years old.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, who turned 40 in April, opened up about entering the new decade in an E! News sneak peek of her family’s reality show.

“I do think that turning 40, like it almost makes you analyze like where you’re at in your life,” she told her younger sister Khloe Kardashian. “It’s just giving me anxiety.”

“Now that I’m doing Poosh, I just always wish I had more time,” Kourtney teared up while talking about her lifestyle website. “I feel like I want to cry. … It gives me anxiety.”

“I mean, I am [happy],” Kourtney continued. “But then sometimes I’m just like it makes you really like analyze just like where you’re at and then I’m like sometimes, ‘What am I doing?’”

“Sometimes I’m like I’ll just do stupid s–t to like distract from really thinking about stuff that is maybe more important,” Kourtney Kardashian added. “I don’t know. But then half of me is like, ‘Live your life, have fun.’”

Keeping Up with the Kardashians returns to E! this fall.
