'Modern Family' Dog Beatrice, Who Starred As Stella, Dies

Beatrice, who famously played Stella on Modern Family, has sadly died.

The french bulldog, who starred on the series for several seasons as Jay’s beloved pooch, passed away just days after the series wrapped, The Blast reports.

It’s currently unclear what led to Beatrice’s sudden death.

Stella was introduced in season two, who was acquired by the Pritchett-Delgado family when her previously owner decided to go back to school.

Beatrice was actually the second dog to play Stella, after taking over the role in season four.

RIP Beatrice.
