Selma Blair Shares Comforting Advice for Those Worried Amid Ongoing Health Crisis

Selma Blair makes her way back to her car after visiting boyfriend Ron Carlson at his house on Monday afternoon (March 30) in Los Angeles.

The 47-year-old Cruel Intentions actress looked stylish in a black and white blazer paired with jeans and white sandals for her quick outing.

Earlier that day, Selma made a (virtual) appearance on Miley Cyrus‘ web series Bright Minded where she talked about how she has coped with self-isolation from have to undergo various treatments for her multiple sclerosis.

“I’ve been pretty much in isolation for two years, because my physical issues make it harder to get out, harder to speak, all of these things,” Selma shared. “Now everyone’s on this same daily trajectory I’m on.”

Selma then went on to share how she views self-isolation now because of the current health crisis.

“This is an incredible time for me, because I’m home, and to have my son home and to be able to have people understand,” Selma added.

Selma encouraged people to “really take this opportunity to be the best you (that) you can be to help your days along.”
