Jennifer Lopez Sets Up First-Look Deal With Netflix

Jennifer Lopez has inked a brand new deal with Netflix!

Variety is reporting that the 51-year-old actress and singer has a first look deal with the streaming service through her Nuyorican Productions.

Details of the deal that were revealed include that Jennifer, along with producing partners Benny Medina and president of Nuyorican Productions Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, will produce a slate of film and television content, both scripted and unscripted, that showcase diverse female actors, writers and filmmakers.

“Throughout every aspect of her career, Jennifer Lopez has been a force in entertainment. In partnering with her and Nuyorican, we know she will continue to bring impactful stories, joy and inspiration to audiences around the world,” Scott Stuber, Netflix’s head of global films, said in a prepared statement.

Jennifer‘s next two movies, The Mother and The Cipher, were both recently announced as Netflix properties.
