The 21-year-old actress was joined on the red carpet by her Faking It co-stars Rita Volk, Gregg Sulkin, and Bailey Buntain.

Faking It centers on two best friends who decide to come out as lesbians to gain popularity. They gain instant celebrity status after coming out and decide to keep up their romantic ruse for fame.

The 32-year-old actress, along with Rita Ora, presented the award for Best Shirtless Performance to Zac for his work in That Awkward Moment.

It was quite the evening at the 2014 MTV Movie Awards – and there were lots of winners and great moments throughout the show!

Some of the big winners of the evening included Jennifer Lawrence, Zac Efron, Josh Hutcherson, Jennifer Aniston and many more!

The last award of the evening was Movie of the Year, which was quite a battle, but ultimately went to The Hunger Games: Catching Fire!

Ellen Page rocks a tie at the 2014 MTV Movie Awards held at the Nokia Theatre on Sunday (April 13) in Los Angeles.

“I am super pumped to present an awesome sneak peek from #xmen #DOFP at the @MTV movie awards tonight!!!! @XMenMovies,” the 27-year-old Canadian actress tweeted earlier in the day. Watch the new clip below from her highly anticipated movie X-Men: Days of Future Past, which hits theaters on May 23!

The night before, Ellen rocked a suit while attending the 2014 GLAAD Media Awards, where she showed support for people that she admired.

Channing Tatum holds his wife Jenna Dewan close backstage at the 2014 MTV Movie Awards held at the Nokia Theatre on Sunday (April 13) in Los Angeles.

The 33-year-old actor won the Trailblazer Award that evening, and accepted the trophy with a lovely speech.
