Earlier that day, the 43-year-old supermodel explored the streets of New York City after checking out of the Greenwich Hotel.
On Sunday, Heidi shared a photo on her Instagram of herself and her four kids – Helene, 12, Henry, 10, Johan, 9, and Lou, 6 – holding surfboards and gazing out at the beach.
