Heidi Klum holds hands with her boyfriend/bodyguard Martin Kirsten while going for a stroll together on Tuesday morning (September 10) in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City.

The day before, the 40-year-old model took her daughter Leni, 9, and son Henry, 7, grocery shopping at Whole Foods in Los Angeles.

On Sunday (September 8), Heidi rocked a monochrome tiger face tunic while cheering on her boys Henry and Johan, 6, at their weekly soccer practice.

The day before that, Heidi took her kids Leni, Henry, Johan, and Lou, 3, to Starbucks before heading to Michael’s Arts & Crafts Store to pick up a few supplies in Santa Monica.
