The 39-year-old model brought along her kids Leni, Johan, and Henry, as well as beau Martin Kirsten.

“Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Cooking & celebrating Johan‘s b/day since 7AM this morning..so great! Question is..what is not in my stuffing?” Heidi tweeted the next day. “I’ll send a picture of my turkey when its ready….please send me a photo of yours :-)” she added. Happy belated birthday, Johan!
