On the same day, the 28-year-old actress was seen holding hands with boyfriend Matthew Paetz on her day off from shooting upcoming Fox show Scream Queens.

The 28-year-old actress’ show Glee will be ending next week after six seasons, but first her BFF Jonathan Groff will be making a special guest appearance on this Friday night’s episode.

Jonathan will reprise his role of Jesse St. James and we can’t wait to see what the character is up to these days.

It was just announced that the 28-year-old Glee actress will be performing at the 2015 Family Equality Council’s Los Angeles Awards Dinner on February 28.

The evening will also feature performances from Lea‘s co-stars Darren Criss, Chord Overstreet, Becca Tobin, and Alex Newell. Their series will be honored alongside Modern Family for advancing “the national conversation around LGBTQ people and families.”
