Scarlett Johansson and Romain Dauriac have officially finalized their divorce.

Official papers were filed to a courthouse in the borough of Manhattan in New York City on Tuesday (September 12), TMZ reports.

The former couple also share a daughter named Rose, who was born in 2014. The couple settled the terms of their custody agreement after Romain‘s lawyer said he wanted to move to France with their daughter.

Since their split, Scarlett has been romantically linked to SNL‘s Colin Jost, though there has not been any official confirmation if they’re actually a couple.

Scarlett Johansson and her soon-to-be ex-husband Romain Dauriac look like they are still on good terms.

The duo posed together at the Singular Object Art Opening Cocktail Reception held at 53W53 Gallery on Wednesday evening (April 5) in New York City.

The month before, Scarlett filed for divorce from Romain and requested for primary custody of the couple’s two-year-old daughter Rose.

Romain‘s lawyer said that he was going to fight for custody.

It seems like they are keeping things cordial for the sake of their daughter.

Scarlett Johansson has broken her silence since news broke that she and her husband Romain Dauriac have split and filed for divorce.

The 32-year-old actress reportedly filed for divorce and requested primary custody of the couple’s two-year-old daughter Rose. Scarlett‘s statement focuses on her daughter and how she will not be speaking publicly about the split.

“He would like to move to France with his daughter and Ms. Johansson does a lot of traveling,” Romain‘s lawyer Harold Mayerson said. “It will be an interesting process.”

Scarlett Johansson has reportedly filed for divorce from her estranged husband Romain Dauriac.

The 32-year-old actress’ split from Romain was announced back in January and it was reported that she separated from her husband last summer.

Scarlett has requested primary custody of the couple’s two-year-old daughter Rose and a lawyer for Romain told Page Six that he is going to fight for custody as well.

“He would like to move to France with his daughter and Ms. Johansson does a lot of traveling,” Romain‘s lawyer Harold Mayerson said. “It will be an interesting process.”

A source is speaking about what happened between Scarlett Johansson and Romain Dauriac after news broke that they split after two years of marriage.

“Scarlett has a habit of falling for a guy and moving really fast,” a source told People. “She has intense relationships.”

“I’ve been expecting this for some time,” a source in Romain‘s circle added. “Romain and Scarlett never made sense to me. They aren’t equal. There’s always been something wrong with this picture.”

It sounds like Scarlett Johansson was the one to pull the plug on her marriage to French journalist Romain Dauriac.

A new report claims the 32-year-old actress was the one who decided to separate last summer.

“Scarlett initiated splitting up and made the decision,” a source told Us Weekly, adding that “she felt like they didn’t have much in common as far as lifestyle.”

Scarlett and Romain share a daughter, Rose, 2.

The source said that they “have an amicable relationship” and that Scarlett “feels blessed to have a daughter.”
