Kesha strikes a pose with her band mates backstage at the 2016 Global Citizen: The World On Stage held at the NYU Skirball Center on Thursday (September 22) in New York City.
The 29-year-old singer was joined at the event by presenters Darren Criss, Pete Wentz, Taryn Mannin, Cindy Ord and Gayle King, as well as fellow performers Regina Spektor and Aloe Blacc.

Never lose hope,” Kesha captioned with her Instagram post. “To anyone suffering from depression, please let me tell you that the hell will pass and one day you will feel the light and happiness again. From personal experience. I have felt what you have felt. and it will, eventually, pass. cherish the good days;) ❤️ Thank you to everyone that helped make today f**king awesome.”
