Tiesto is a married man!

The 50-year-old DJ and model Annika Backes, 24, tied the knot in the desert on Saturday (September 21) in Amangiri, Utah.

“Love of my life 21-09-2019 💍❤️,” Tiesto captioned a slideshow of photos on Instagram.

The duo got married in front of 80 guests, according to Vogue, at the five-star resort Amangiri.

“A city that we both love a lot is Las Vegas, so we started looking at venues there, but we soon decided we wanted it to take place somewhere remote,” Annika told Vogue. “We explored the option of throwing a party in the desert outside of Las Vegas. But when we got into that more, we knew it was going to be too complicated to pull off. That’s when we thought of Amangiri.”

The couple got engaged in 2018 over Thanksgiving.

“We started hanging out for the next two months, and when Coachella came around, we decided the day before to go together,” Annika shared. “We spent the weekend running around the festival and having the best time, just the two of us. When we didn’t get tired of each other for one second, and even flew back to New York City and still didn’t want to leave each other, that was when we both knew.”

“I felt overwhelmed with emotions because we have been in love for so long and thinking about this day forever, and then it was finally here,” Tiesto added.

Mabel has teamed up with Tiësto for a brand new song!

The 23-year-old “Don’t Call Me Up” hit-maker’s collaboration with the DJ-producer, called “God Is A Dancer,” follows Tiësto‘s recent single “Ritual,” a collaboration with pop powerhouse Jonas Blue and global superstar Rita Ora that has clocked up 24 million YouTube hits to date.

Mabel is fresh from dropping her debut album High Expectations last month, which reached #3 in the UK Albums Charts.

“We had such a blast putting together this piece of art for you and I hope you love it as much as I do,” Rita wrote on her Instagram.

Rita‘s last studio album, Phoenix, was released in November of 2018 and went Top 20 in the UK.

FYI: Rita is wearing a Diesel denim belt and jeans in the video.

Avicii‘s fellow DJs and record producers are speaking out to pay tribute after learning of his untimely passing.

Earlier today (April 20), it was announced that the Swedish musician, whose real name was Tim Bergling, was found dead in Muscat, Oman, at the age of 28.

“Devastating news about Avicii, a beautiful soul, passionate and extremely talented with so much more to do,” Calvin Harris tweeted. “My heart goes out to his family. God bless you Tim x.”

“At a loss for words…Rest easy brother 😪 @Avicii,” Marshmello added.

Deadmau5, Zedd, Tiesto, DJ Snake, and more also took to Twitter to pay their respects.

Tiesto has officially released his new single “Summer Nights” featuring John Legend, and you can stream it below!

“Summer nights, gettin’ high like the first time/ You and I, makin’ lust forever/ Summer nights, gettin’ high like the first time,” the 37-year-old singer sings on the infectious hook.
