Britney Spears steps out of her car donning pink boots and darker locks at the Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood on Monday (December 28).

For a year, the 28-year-old Circus singer has been under the conservatorship of her father.

Last week, a Los Angeles judge ruled that Brit’s dad, Jamie Spears, will continue to receive $16,000 a month as her conservator. As conservator, Jamie has power over the company along with full access to her medical records.
