Colin Firth & Livia Giuggioli - MET Ball 2011

Colin Firth brings a King’s flair to the MET Ball held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 2) in New York City.

The 50-year-old Oscar winning actor, who wore a Tom Ford tux, was joined by his wife, Livia Giuggioli.

Colin is a co-chair for tonight’s event. Other honorary chairs include Salma Hayek, her husband Francois-Henri Pinault, and designer Stella McCartney and Vogue editor Anna Wintour.

The Costume Institute Gala Benefit celebrates the opening of the “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty” exhibition, featuring the late designer’s iconic work.
