Lana Del Rey: H&M Fall Campaign Commercial!

Lana Del Rey dons a red dress and leather jacket while exiting The Grand Theatre after her concert on Friday (September 14) in Warsaw, Poland.

The 20-year-old singer stopped to take pictures and signed autographs for fans, who had waited for her after the show.
