Zac Efron: New 'Neighbors Trailer' - Watch Now!

Check out Zac Efron as a frat boy in the brand new trailer for his upcoming film Neighbors!

The 26-year-old actor stars in the movie alongside Seth Rogen, Dave Franco, Rose Byrne, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Jake Johnson, Lisa Kudrow, and Halston Sage. Nick Stoller directed the comedy.

Neighbors, which was previously titled Townies while it was being filmed, is set to be released on May 9, 2014.

The movie is about a couple (Rogen and Byrne) with a newborn baby who face unexpected difficulties after they are forced to live next to a fraternity house.
