Kelly Osbourne is smashing while attending the 2013 American Music Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (November 24) in Los Angeles.

The 29-year-old Fashion Police correspondent was joined on the red carpet by Giuliana Rancic.
