Julianne Hough shows off her new pixie haircut while stepping out for a mani-pedi at a nail salon on Saturday (February 8) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The day before, the 25-year-old actress showed her star power while hiding behind a black scarf during an outing with friends in West Hollywood.
