Sara Bareilles sits down with her guitar for an acoustic performance of her latest single “I Choose You” backstage in the music room at The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

The song is the second single to be released from the 34-year-old singer’s Grammy-nominated album The Blessed Unrest.
