Demi Lovato is all smiles after arriving back at her hotel to a crowd full of fans on Wednesday evening (May 28) in London.

Earlier in the day, the 21-year-old singer kept it comfy as she stopped by ITV Studios to tape an appearance on The Paul O’Grady Show.
