Billboard just dropped their annual Hottest 21 Stars Under 21 list and Lorde sits strongly at No. 1!

The 17-year-old “Royals” singer not only beat out Justin Bieber, but 5 Seconds of Summer, Shawn Mendes, Austin Mahone, The Vamps, and more!

Every year, the magazine ranks music’s most powerful minors – everyone from international stars, social-media powerhouses, on-the-rise groups and singers – who have already accomplished a great deal, but are safe bets to continue finding success as they edge toward adulthood.
