Adrian Grenier Supports Ugandan Youth After Jokingly Sharing His Tinder Pic

The 38-year-old actor, who stepped out to support the future for vulnerable Ugandan youth living in the aftermath of civil war, was joined at the event by actor Hunter Parrish, Billy Crudup, Serinda Swan, and Forest Whitaker.

That same day, Adrian posted a funny message on his Twitter account.
