Emmy Rossum Won't Be Asking Justin Bieber For A Cup Of Sugar

The 28-year-old actress spent a few days in the Big Apple co-hosting The View and dished about her new next door neighbor — Justin Bieber.

“I’m not gonna do that again [go say hello] because he has a ton of bodyguards there and they’re really scary,” Emmy shared during her visit at SiriusXM’s Sway in the Morning show.

She added, “It was so surreal to me that I was like, ‘I am not going to go ask for a cup of sugar over there.’”

FYI: Emmy is wearing a Lily and Lionel scarf.
