Katy Perry Covers 'Harper's Bazaar' September 2015 as Carine Roitfeld's Icon!

Katy Perry takes the cover of Harper’s Bazaar magazine’s September 2015 issue as one of the icons selected by Carine Roitfeld!

The full list of icons chosen for the issue are Chris Lee, Dakota Johnson, Jessica Chastain, Lucky Blue, Mariah Carey, Oprah Winfrey, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Willow Smith.

Katy, 30, spoke about why Elizabeth Taylor is her personal icon.

“An icon transcends time. Liz was so fabulous and decadent and had a style that evolved with the years …and I’m sure I’ll be married just as many times!” Katy said.
