The 21-year-old former One Direction member was seen holding hands with the 20-year-old model a few hours after he announced on Twitter that his grandma had passed away that day.

Zayn and Gigi have been making their relationship more public over the past week with flirty Twitter replies, shirtless pics and Snapchat videos. Zayn was recently seen accompanying Gigi as she hunted for apartments in New York City.
