Russell Wilson Stands By Ciara After Her 'National Anthem' Dress Controversy

Ciara drew some attention with the outfit she wore to sing the “National Anthem” at the college football National Championship Game on Monday evening (January 11), but her boyfriend Russell Wilson is sticking by her side and clearly loving her look!

It all started when ESPN’s Bonnie Bernstein tweeted, “Dear Ciara. You’re stunning. But this is a National Championship Game. Kids are watching. Cover up.”

Soon after, Twitter blew up with comments about Ciara‘s look. Russell, however, complimented Ciara and tweeted a photo of his girlfriend from the field!

“I see you baby!! Sounded amazing & looked flawless in every way! @Ciara #NationalChampionship,” Russell wrote on his Twitter account.
