Alessandra Ambrosio holds onto her yoga mat as she heads to a class on Monday (March 28) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 34-year-old supermodel was joined by her partner Jamie Mazur as they got their fitness on together and then headed to Urth Caffe for lunch.

Over the weekend, Jamie and Alessandra went on a hike together and posed for a cute photo overlooking the ocean.
