Iggy Azalea Splits with Fiance Nick Young Over Trust Issues

Iggy Azalea and her fiance of one year, basketball player Nick Young, have split up over trust issues.

The 26-year-old rapper announced the news with a statement on her Instagram page on Sunday (June 19).

“Unfortunately, although I love Nick and I have tried and tried to rebuild my trust in him – It’s become apparent in the last few weeks I am unable to,” Iggy wrote in the statement. “I genuinely wish Nick the best. It’s never easy to part ways with the person you planned you’re entire future with, but futures can be rewritten and as of today mine is a blank page.”

The couple got engaged in June 2015 and three months ago, rumors that Nick cheated surfaced thanks to a leaked video allegedly taped by his Los Angeles Lakers teammate D’Angelo Russell.
