Zachary Quinto Pays Tribute to Anton Yelchin on 'Late Show'
Zachary Quinto walks his dogs during an afternoon outing on Friday (July 1) in New York City.
The night before, the 39-year-old Star Trek: Beyond actor appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and talked about the death of his co-star Anton Yelchin.
Zachary called Anton a “beautiful guy” and that he doesn’t “even know how to talk about it.”
“We already knew that this would be a really bittersweet experience because of the loss of Leonard [Nimoy] last year,” he said. “But this has just been absolutely devastating for all of us. I think our goal just has to be to celebrate his incredible life and honor him as much as we can. It was a terrible loss, I think not only for us, but also to the industry and audiences. He was such a talent.”
