Cher Lloyd Rocks Out at The Grove Before 23rd Birthday

Cher Lloyd can’t stop smiling during her performance at The Grove in Los Angeles on Wednesday (July 27).

The 23-year-old “Activated” singer was joined by AJ Lerhman for The Grove’s Summer Concert Series.

“Thank you for all of the lovely birthday messages!!!” Cher wrote on Twitter the day after.

Speaking with Rolling Stone earlier about her new song, Cher opened up about making sure it was the right song for her.

“I wasn’t going to just record something and release sh** for the sake of having a song out,” she shared. “I wanted to feel something when I heard [it], and I wanted to feel like I did when I first started, like when I used to sing in my bedroom when I was 15.”
