CNN Heroes 2016 - Celebrity Presenters List!

The annual CNN Heroes event is taking place tonight and will feature some celebrity appearances!

This year, 10 amazing men and women are being recognized in the live show, hosted by Kelly Ripa and Anderson Cooper.

Several celebrities are set to appear at the show and present to these amazing citizens.
