Simon Helberg & Wife Jocelyn Protest Immigration Ban at SAG Awards 2017

Simon Helberg and his wife Jocelyn Towne are using the 2017 Screen Actors Guild Awards red carpet as a place to make a political statement!

The 36-year-old The Big Bang Theory actor held up a sign saying “Refugees Welcome” while Jocelyn had the words “Let Them In” written on her chest while at the event on Sunday (January 29) in Los Angeles.

The couple is protesting President Trump‘s immigration ban for people from several Muslim countries.

Simon is nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series for his work on The Big Bang Theory. He is also there rooting on his Florence Foster Jenkins co-stars Meryl Streep and Hugh Grant, who are both nominated tonight.
